Michael Kourosh Sadeghi, 32, was arrested for allegedly killing his 42-year-old Denver neighbour, Dustin Schmidt, after an incident in which he is said to have walked into his back yard and unloaded five shots into the back of the neighbour's head. Vicki Branaghan,— the victim's fiancee — who said she was in the backyard at the time, told the Denver Post that the gun shots followed after Mr Schmidt swatted his dog for trying to jump over their fence.
